How to Get Rebates

You MUST complete the following Steps in order to eligible for any Rebates from buyer's Agent:

Step 1: Get Pre-Approved for a Loan with your favorite lender or call us if you need help or need a referral to a good lender and send us the pre-approval letter. We will execute a Buyer's Representation Agreement and send it to you for your approval.

Step 2: Review information presented on this website in regards to property details, suitability, and desirability. This information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Step 3: DRIVE by the Property to determine that the neighborhood and curb appeal of property is to your satisfaction and suitability. You may want to talk to neighbors, investigate school district, proximity to stores, hospitals, and other suitability factors. You are required to click on the Drive By link and complete the form as necessary to be eligible for any Rebates.

Step 4: Request More information, buy clicking on the Get More Info link on the bottom of the property you are interested in and completing the requested information.

Step 5: Make An appointment with Buyer's Agent by clicking on the Make Appt to View link and completing the form.

Step 6: Make written offer to Buyer's Agent. Buyer's Agent will prepare all the required documents and disclosures as necessary and required by Real Estate Law. Upon properly completing a Purchase Agreement, the potential Rebate Amount will be disclosed to you before offer is submitted. The amount will be determined by many factors, including selling agent commission, status of property, and any agent services provided to you.
